tiny little fella by TalyrasMirror tiny little fella by TalyrasMirror
This is just a little piece of fun that I did for everyone who wants to play.

He is loosely base on the Official-Fella at

by ¢greatLP!

I stitched him, including text, in just over 3 hours. On 18 count aida he is just under one inch tall. He is an excellent beginner project for someone who is ready to try 1/4 & 3/4 stitches. Beginners should do him on 14 or 11 count, or on an evenweave of no more than 25 count.

I used DMC 414 for the Z, DMC 318 for the Triangle, Black (DMC 310) for the B and for the outline. Use 2 strands to outline the mouth, and 1 for every thing else. Don't miss the white flashes in the eyes.

You could stitch him using any 2 closely related shades for the principle colors. My daughter wants to stitch him in pink.

My plans for him are to add my deviant ID and wear him as a badge at events where he might be noticed. If you stitch him, please let me know, so I can see!

If you want a PC Stitch file of my tiny little fella, note me.

Enjoy!

There are lots of web sites that teach cross stitch. I would recommend that you Google "cross stitch instructions" and pick the web site that is easiest for you to understand. They all teach the same stitch. If you need help finding 1/4 and 3/4 stitches, try google first, and if that doesn't work let me know, and I will try to find/draw some pics to help you.

It may take me a while, which is why I'm sending you to google. I will help you, promise, if you can't figure it out on your own.
