Turning Hairsticks

This is a photograph of me doing what I do. Up until now, I have shown you all my more artistic efforts. I have shown you what I consider my "Art" with a capital A. But most of my time is actually spent in Craft. Namely, making and selling Hairsticks.

Here I am, sitting in my workshop, covered in sawdust flour. I have a book on tape on headphones under my hearing protection, a HEPA filter mask on my face, and a shopvac by my knee, and my hands dangerously close to a belt sander. And if it is warm, I am happy.
