This is an oldie, but a goodie. I carved this in 1989. I sold it at a Science Fiction Convention for a ridiculously small ammount. I still love it, and probably always will.

Cartoon: Nancy Janda drew the Phoenix, which was used with her permission. I drew the flame circle around him.
Plate: Walnut Hollow Farms.
Finish: Colored tung oil.

At first glance, I actually thought this was the gold coins the Mighty Morphin Power Rangers used during the Ninja Rangers arc. O_O Nicely done!
