Here is a gift, for all of you who love and love to cross stitch. The pattern is here: [link]
I adapted another of the official Fellas from [link] to cross stitch. This one stitches up to be about 6" by 7" on 14 count aida.
I started the piece last Thursday, the old fashioned way, with simple graph paper. Today is Friday, so he took a week to make, from blank paper to frameable piece. He is all whole crosses, so he is a good beginner pattern.
I hope you like him.
PS. I have thought about naming him "Runs with Scissors" instead. That needle looks dangerous!
Awesome! I'd totally love to stitch this if you put up the pattern you made for it. It looks like it would (and I plan to) stitch perfectly onto a t-shirt.

The pattern will go up in a few days. I will also make a PCStitch version available to anyone who notes me. I have a busy weekend, I'm tending bar at a Pirate Feast, and I need to make some changes to the pattern, before I post it. I don't like it when someone presents a pattern that has never been stitched as something complete. I always make changes when I stitch something of my own. So....I just wanted to get him up for all of you to see.
I'm really glad you like him. And I honestly like hearing good reactions and stuff. It inspires me to do more!
As much as I love finding new patterns that I can use (over half of which I may never get around to stitching), I like being able to use some sort of picture as a visual reference to compare with.
Good reactions to my work always make me happy. ^.^

The butter legion- a socialist movement/mass colab project I started, to trigger artistic change and evolution in Da artists (mainly my watchers), to make them more active and dedicated on DA. Now 170 people strong and growing... A "dangerous cult"? a "new religion"? "artistic version of fight club" or "communist movement"? You decide!
Hello there! This news article is the result of a thumb share thread I posted few days ago on the dA forum along with pictures from my favorites. I hope you enjoy them.
